What’s this all about?

Our monthly meets are open to adults with ADHD of any age. It’s a great chance to chat to others and learn about topics relevant to ADHD. Partners, friends, and family are also welcome.

What do I need to do?

If you’ve never come along to one of these before, please shoot us a quick email to let us know you’re thinking of attending.

On the day, a $2 donation is appreciated to help us cover the room cost.
