Here’s how the event will work:

Francine will coach 3-5 individuals for 10 minutes each while the rest of the group listens.  After the mini-coaching sessions, Francine will present some ADHD education around the specific topics that were discussed.  Then we will open up the discussion to the whole group to see how people relate to that topic in their own personal life.

Cost:

Francine is kindly volunteering her time to run this workshop. A $5 donation is appreciated to help cover the room cost. There is no other charge to attend.
