What’s this all about?

Our monthly meets are open to adults with ADHD of any age. It’s a great chance to chat to others and learn about topics relevant to ADHD. Partners, friends, and family are also welcome.

We usually meet 2pm-4pm, then head out somewhere nearby for a social catch-up, which you’re also welcome to 🙂
